Aid Reaches Mozambique

Bro. Michael Smith left yesterday on April 10, to go to Malawi in order to coordinate disaster relief for those affected by Cyclone Freddy. The first installment of funds has arrived and the local ministers have arranged the first distribution to be conducted in Mozambique. Mozambique is very difficult to visit because of the stringent and time consuming requirements to get a visa so Bro. Michael was not able to go there at this time.

Only about half of the purchased maize was able to be delivered because of the constant rain and terrible road conditions so they delivered what they could and left the pastors in charge of completing the distributions when they get breaks in the weather. We thank you for your love and assistance to these people.

Please keep Brother Michael in your prayers. It is still raining a lot and it may be difficult to travel to all the places they need to reach. Pray for safety, wisdom and guidance in every decision. We will post updates as we are able.
