The Megan House Update

“Verily, verily, I say unto you, Except a corn of wheat fall into the ground and die, it abideth alone: but if it die, it bringeth forth much fruit.” John 12:24

We just received official government approval for the building plans. We are going to be in Kenya this month and plan to meet with a builder to begin constructing the Megan House. Bro. Michael Smith is purchasing doors/windows/plumbing etc. in Nairobi this week to be shipped to Huruma. We are so excited to see this project moving forward. We are still raising funds to help complete the building and to furnish it. Details to follow if you are interested to sponsor an item or a complete room of the house for furnishings. Read the original post here for the backstory of the Megan House!

If you would like to make the Megan House a reality, donations are received at

“The Spirit of the Lord God is upon me; because the Lord hath anointed me to preach good tidings unto the meek; he hath sent me to bind up the brokenhearted, to proclaim liberty to the captives, and the opening of the prison to them that are bound;

“To proclaim the acceptable year of the Lord, and the day of vengeance of our God; to comfort all that mourn;

“To appoint unto them that mourn in Zion, to give unto them beauty for ashes, the oil of joy for mourning, the garment of praise for the spirit of heaviness; that they might be called trees of righteousness, the planting of the Lord, that he might be glorified.”

Isaiah 61:1-3
